As U.S. attorney general, Pam Bondi works for me.
She works for you.
She works for every citizen and taxpayer in this country.
Same for the president’s other cabinet officers, the vice president, and the president himself.
Yes, Trump chooses his cabinet officers, but we have a constitutional role in approving them—through the senators who represent us. It’s right there in Article II, Section 2, of the U.S. Constitution:
he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States …
That’s not trivia. That’s ownership.
Bondi doesn’t work for only Donald Trump.
She works for the people whose taxes pay her salary and whose rights she’s sworn to defend.
The Justice Department is not the president’s law firm.
It’s ours.
Bondi, the other cabinet officers, and Trump must consider our interests—our needs, our wants, our demands. Our phone calls and emails. Even our social media posts and protest signs.
And the law, of course. The Constitution.
When members of Congress question her, she owes them—and us—honest answers.
And Congress? Same deal.
Every senator, every representative—Republican or Democrat, MAGA or moderate—works for us.
If they think they serve only Trump or their party leaders, they’re wrong.
Period.
And Trump?
He’s dead wrong to demand their obedience.
So keep speaking up. Speak out. Protest. Resist. Confront. Vote. And join us if you haven’t yet.
That’s not insurrection.
That’s citizenship.
It’s your right, no matter what Trump and his sycophants say.
