This is a great resource. The other thing about it is that the writing is simpler and therefor easier to understand. Most publicly produced information pieces iare done in about a 6 grade reading level. Except newspapers they are more 11th grade reading level.
Great that you are sharing techniques for effective written communication, mush of which applies to verbal as well. I am constantly frustrated when I hear policymakers I support communicate their issues in ways that invariably alienate certain groups. While that is sometimes impossible to avoid, there is usually a way to advocate for a position that does not automatically alienate one’s “opposition."
